Live Yes! Connect relaunched: 2019

Live Yes! Connect Facilitator: Natalie             Type of Arthritis: Rheumatoid Arthritis

About this Live Yes! Connect Group:

My vision is to create a safe place for people impacted by RA to network, receive credible information, and to share fears, challenges and successes. My hope is to create a form of patient advocacy in the upstate of SC (and Western NC) that stimulates care and concern by healthcare professionals and raises the bar of available resources.

About: Natalie

I am a single mother of 2 teenage boys and have had arthritis for over 23 years. I was a college athlete and lead an active lifestyle as much as my RA has allowed. While I have been fortunate to have not needed surgery, I am at a turning point in my disease and this is no longer the case. As I age, my RA is impacting my quality of life and I find that resources and information available to patients/care givers is not always forthcoming in this geographic area. I want to change that
