Certified Hand Therapists Linda Heinze & Rose Swaine with the SSM Health Hand Therapy Department will discuss the benefits of physical therapy for our hands, wrists and elbows. Range of motion and strengthening exercises will be covered as well pain control and joint health and mobility. If you live with upper extremity pain and stiffness (and I think we all do), you won't want to miss this!
Linda Heinze, OTR/L, CHT
Linda is a member of the Hand Therapy team at the Lake St. Louis location. She received her Occupational Therapy Degree from St. Louis University and has over 22 years of experience as a Hand Therapist. She worked at Shriner’s Hospital for Children for 10 years prior to changing her practice focus to the outpatient Hand Therapy population. Linda treats a variety of upper extremity diagnoses, including trauma and burns. She is also experienced in upper extremity prosthetics training.
Rose Swaine, OT, CHT
Rose is a member of the Hand Therapy team at the O’Fallon, MO & Downtown St. Charles locations. She received her Bachelor in Exercise Science from Elon University and went to University of Illinois, Chicago, where she acquired a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Rose is working toward her certification in manual therapy. She is a Certified Hand Therapist who has extensive experience in treating injured workers along with other upper extremity conditions.
