Our next meeting will be on Saturday, February 24th, 2018 at 1:00 PM. We'll be using the Arthritis Foundation's Breaking the Arthritis Pain Chain toolkit to discuss alternative ways to deal with the pain of arthritis. We're also going to do a little show and tell so please bring something that helps you cope with your arthritis pain. Maybe you have a particular brand of heating pad or suppliment that is your go to. Bring it so you can share it with the group. The best thing about our group is that we get the opportunity to share and learn from each other.

Please RSVP so we know who to expect. We understand that RSVPs can be difficult to keep, so no pressure and come if you're able. My contact information will be provided upon your RSVP.
