Healthy movement through exercise and daily activities helps reduce risk of pain and joint dysfunction.  Physical therapy can be a useful tool to prevent and treat typical musculoskeletal pain complaints and those related to specific arthritic diagnoses.  Dr. Jennifer Miller is a physical therapist and faculty member at Washington University Program in Physical Therapy.  Dr. Miller will discuss common movement impairments that can be avoided in our day to day activities as well as simple exercises to improve or maintain muscle strength and length.
